Developer Notes:

A game by a virtually unknown author—I couldn’t find any traces of his work, which is a shame. All I know is a link to the forum where I downloaded the game, and… that’s it. Let’s honor the memory of the great!

City World is, in my opinion, the clearest demonstration of the fans’ faith in their work. Someone simply took the foundation and… created a gigantic project that you can’t even call a modification.

Personally, I CHANGED NOTHING. I just translated this monster of 950+ passages and 15 gigabytes of video footage into English. The game will appear before you in its charmingly unprepossessing form, just as I played it myself.
