ADDED FREEPLAY MODE

For those who just want to relax and cut without having to worry about losing, there is now a freeplay mode!

While it is active you cannot die, so you can take it at your own pace, but points will be locked and it won’t count towards progression.

– Shortened how long the tutorial is, dialog will now progress a little faster.

– Added a live rank indicator that updates while you receive points to make readability on the scoring easier!

– Added a “Snipped” icon in the character select as a reward for those who fully S-Tier a character and their outfits!

– Added a button on the home screen which redirects you to the SnipSnip collection

Overall difficulty of tension mechanics made slightly easier:

Tension decrease rate ramps slower.

Filling your meter loses 750 points instead of 1000.

When meter is empty you lose points every 0.4 seconds instead of 0.35.

Cursor made more visible

Cursor is larger overall, circle ui elements are thicker for better visibility.

Toggle Mode Awkwardness Fixes

In tear toggle mode, you click to start auto dragging, this caused awkward interactions where you open a character menu and immediately start cutting their clothes unintentionally.

Certain button pressed like entering a character screen restarting and swapping outfits now auto sets the tearing to false so you dont immediately rip clothes on accident.

Mrs Mince doesnt repeat her 50000 point requirement every time you remove her clothes now so you dont get stuck in her dialogue cutscene.

Fixed a bug where her body asset didnt get swapped in skins.

Now when she swaps outfits, the new outfit texture properly changes the cuttable shape area!

Finally released the project, been working on this for the past month so it’s nice to finally get it out there!

Hope you guys have fun with it! I tried to make the snipping gameplay as interesting but approachable at the same time!
