The Velvet Orchid is an ongoing adults-only visual novel developed by WAIVORIA Studio.

V0.1 focuses on establishing the Orchid itself — its atmosphere, its featured women, recurring encounters, first relationship progression, intimacy, and the foundation on which later releases will build.

The long-term goal is to develop a more choice-driven dating-sim structure inside one persistent shared world. Future releases are intended to make player choices, timing, knowledge, relationship progress, and who the protagonist chooses to spend his time with increasingly meaningful.

Some relationships and opportunities may coexist, while others may eventually conflict or become mutually exclusive. The broader direction retains a harem element, but the intention is for that kind of life at the Orchid to develop through player decisions and relationship progression rather than automatically unlocking every character.

A single playthrough is ultimately intended to feel like a complete personal version of life at the Orchid without necessarily revealing every scene, relationship path, CG, or possible outcome.
