Submitting a Takedown Notice
To request removal of infringing content, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your contact information; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake; your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court; and your signature.
