You are having financial troubles, you are tired of struggling to make ends meet. You aren’t getting commissions you used to get. What do you do? Well, it’s time to get a job. What job? Well, something! Thankfully for you, you stumble upon SQUIGGLE-MART and they are in need of people. The store franchisee/owner happens to like you and invites you to work for him. What is in store for you??

IN THE BAG was made after playing LOVE AND SEX SECOND BASE and COURSE OF TEMPTATION and wanting a balance of the two. Not only the dating sim elements of Love and Sex, but the life sim elements of CoT. In CoT, the only way you can’t earn money is COMBAT, but I have that here. Dating also feels deeply impersonal. In Love and Sex, the life sim elements become annoying fast and I want to prevent that. The combat’s optional, you don’t HAVE to do it, but it exists and can raise money for you in a fantastical kind of way. In 2026, I feel we could use some extra good vibes. This hopes to be that, good vibes, LIs and more.

PS: Both games are excellent, I just wished to explain my goals and outline my ideas and concepts for this. TBH, I stink at explaining my own games. But know a lot of thought and effort goes into this.

Scenes/Romance Questlines continued with Akame, June and dual scene with May and Mayor Marin! Another foe to vanquish in the pseudo-dungeon. Bug fixes (Thanks Philip!). Main map cleaned up, simplified, modified and changed to be much easier on the eyes and less confusing. Slowed down hyper kid on SW Corner of Bag City Map. Graveyard added. Arcade added along with a few mini-events to explain the how and why with them. Credits edited. The Memory Den!

And most importantly, IMPREGNATION IS HERE. No more Impreg when? IMPREG NOW! HA HAAAAAAAAA!!!

Bug fixes. CONTROLLER SUPPORT! Small look into what a Log will look like when I get it to work fully and properly…

A few side scenes. Old scenes edited. LILIM added as a “guide”, if you see her near the mall… She has tips for you, if I haven’t given you enough aid…

Now, here comes the disappointing part I bet.

New full scenes for Layla, Sasha and Alex. (Alex has probably my favorite animation I have ever done. His scene was the most complex because as I said with ITB, the goal is make you feel as if you are DATING these characters. Sometimes in dating, you try your partner’s likes. In this one, Johnny and Alex go to a SPORTSBALL game!)

I really like the dynamic for the three scenes I did. All three characters have odd dynamics and I hope you like all three scenes. But yes, it IS only three scenes when I did one for everyone last time, but all three I feel are high quality and worth your time. There is also a small followup with Akame after you hear about her pain following her surviving the Honest Empire (we will call it that. Fits, because Takahiro never officially gave it a real name.).

First F95 release. Combat was reworked from 1st release and is optional. Two events for each romanceable character. Life sim stuff. PMHA references and much much much more. Guesstimated 4-6 hours of content.

Developer Notes:

This is my first foray into RPGM. Be cool, please. This is also my first attempt at making a Sandbox thats not boring! If you have any constructive ideas, feel free to suggest some.

Need to work on a Android version, I know.

Alex, the femboy LI, is OPTIONAL. If you deny him, you won’t have to see his story. Simple as that. But he will be friendly during his sister Ann’s story.

There will never be NTR, Sharing or Futanari in this game. This is Johnny (default MC name)’s story and he gets the femboy (if you want) and the women. PERIOD. This game and PMHA share a universe and that receives mentions due to the protagonist’s friendship before Serena’s abduction and induction into Projekt Moon, but In the Bag is meant to be far more down to earth, grounded and realistic and is it’s own thing…

“Akame” is meant to be a divergent path from the ending of Akame ga Kill to Hinowa ga Crush for the protagonist of Akame ga Kill, where she flees to Bag City instead of meeting Hinowa and her friends to find a cure for Murasame’s poison. It follows the anime’s path, not the manga.
