Character Setup

Reworked the character setup screen for all five characters.
In the Standard Edition, players can enter their own role for each character. Role fields are blank by default.
Added separate name and role fields for Sifis, Michalis, Maria, Rena, and Popi.
Updated the character setup labels and navigation buttons.

Startup and Language

Fixed the duplicate player_name default that caused a startup exception.
Restored the shared game_menu screen used by Preferences, Save, and Load.
Set English as the default language and disabled automatic operating-system language detection.
Added a one-time migration to switch existing installations to English; players can change the language afterward.
Added language choices for English, German, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Greek.
Converted legacy Greek default character names to Latin names in the Standard Edition.
